Amy Parrish is an artist, writer and alternative photographer working with historic photo processes like gum bichromate, salt printing, cyanotype, and contemporary processes such as the modern Ziatype. As a contemporary practitioner of alternative photography, she also incorporates sculpture, textile, film, collage, and digital image transfers into her art. Her work often includes visual fusions of erasure poetry and prose, intermingled with textures and imagery in her one-of-a-kind small books, limited edition zines and collectible fine art pieces.
