I loved watching their personalities mix and mingle in front of the camera; C. clearly has an extra dose of orneriness while V. is much more reserved. I wish you could see this in real life! This newborn portrait is a pigment print on fine art paper with hand-torn edges. It’s float-mounted on top of a linen mat and contained within a custom, handmade frame. (…and can’t forget the portrait book also...  This little darling was as sweet as could be! Not quite seven months old, she’s already up on her feet and cruising around like a pro. I love this age when they’re becoming very interactive and engaged. This family was a blast to work with. I was a little nervous going in; not seeing the kids in a year and hoping they’d be comfortable in front of the cameras. I captured lots of family hugs as a way to keep everyone snuggled in tight for warmth; and once the girls got warmed up, there was no stopping them! I had almost forgotten that...
