Outbuildings on the property and nature provide unlimited vignettes which change in appearance month to month. As we begin to move into a new color season (there’s still a couple of...  What an incredible week! We have an extra hour of evening daylight, flower bulbs are awakening and pushing up through the earth and our bluebirds have returned, making frequent trips in and out of their bird box. I know there are still some wintry days ahead, but it’s definitely time to begin scheduling outdoor portrait...  Some things don’t always work out the way you’d expect them to…and that’s a good thing. This amazing friend was trading messages with me at 11pm when I asked if there was any chance she’d be free to visit me for an impromptu photo shoot at 7:30 the next morning. I had some general ideas...  This morning I watched the crows gather around our house as the snow fell…at least two hundred of them, possibly more. It was an awesome thing to watch.
