Stray Birds is an erasure of works by the same name, written one hundred years ago by Calcutta-born Nobel laureate, Rabindranath Tagore. Tagore's 326 "short poems" are erased, reframed and condensed into 58 pieces which are greatly a reflection of the transformations leading up to, and during, Parrish's several-month stay in Kolkata/Calcutta, India.

5x8" softcover with 132 pages including a preface by the author and 58 poems
